About Project
Our product is a social platform dedicated to superfans, elevating their voices to take center stage. We empower fans to create immersive video content, connect & bond with like-minded fans, compete in fun challenges, exchange both physical and virtual goods in a fan-driven marketplace, and rack up points throughout it all to prove their top fan status, gain recognition in the fandom, and earn exclusive rewards around the artists and creators they love. Requirements
- 2 years of Flutter experience
- 5 years overall (mobile) app development
- Understands B2C software development, especially analytics, A/B testing
- Has node.js or python experience for backend microservices
- Knows App CICD, especially App Store requirements for Android/ iOS
- Works well in an agile environment, can do estimates and refinements of stories/ epics

Responsibilities
- Create a project from scratch, bootstrap a new scalable UI software architecture.
- The initial phase is A/B testing with different designs (choose the best option), then ongoing development.
- Develop solutions and algorithms according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation; use standard algorithms in the applicable cases.
- Write program code according to the defined application architecture.
- Structure and format the source code, comment and mark up the code, as well as name variables, functions, classes, data structures, and files according to the company conventions and industry best practices.
