Senior QA Automation (Java) $2000-5000 Offline

Projects aimed at the digitalization of the bank. The priority is the Internet banking application for legal entities. A team of 16 people, working only on the Back End. The project already deployed the foundations for the implementation of modern IT architecture and CI, implemented a new platform based on Kubernetes and other open source software. Once implemented, the projects will scale to the entire international banking group.

Technologies used in the project:

• Programming: Test Complite

• UI Automation Framework: Selenium

• Issue Tracking system: Jira, Quality Center

• Frontend: DeskTop, Web Front End, Mobile Front End

• Backend and APIs: ESB, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache

• Databases: Oracle, My SQL

This is what your typical day would look like:

• Plan and coordinate own work with other team members, including analysts, developers, manual testers

• Provide requirement analysis

• Create/update/review of testing documentation

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code of automation tests

• Ensure technical efficient solutions

• Report all issues found

• Take part in project related meetings

• Suggest items/areas for improvement

Are these listed in your CV?

• You have related experience, working knowledge of quality engineering concepts and methodology more than 5 years

• You have good knowledge of Selenium framework and practical experience of using it

• You have deeper knowledge of Java programming language

• Familiar with SQL-scripts

• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Mobile

• Familiar with development tools (SQL Developer, TOAD, SVN)

• Deep understanding of APIs

• Problem-solving, testing and debugging skills

• You have experience in writing test documentation and reporting bugs in Jira (Confluens, Jira applets) and HP Quality Center

• You understand, write and speak English very well

It would be a plus, if:

• Documentation lover

• Security: Chechmarx, Vault;

• Code review: Sonarqube;

• Bug Tracking System: Jira;

• Wiki: Confluence
