SAP Project / Delivery Manager (ID:10441) (offline)

Areas of Responsibility
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of a major full cycle project for SAP S/4HANA implementation
Conduct project-planning activities and manage the execution of projects
Define an appropriate delivery model for the customer project as a composition of pre-defined services, on-site and/or remote delivery
Understand and follow SAP delivery models
Communicate with project stakeholders in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and identify events and responsibilities to initiate mitigating actions
Have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technologies, finance, etc.; additional SAP certificates/courses will be an advantage
3-5 years of project management experience in project implementations using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools
Deep understanding of SAP solutions and of consulting business processes and functions
Knowledge of project management tools used in SAP
Proven experience of building and leading teams
Expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables
Proven experience of managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and international implementation experience will be an advantage
Experience in a multinational/FMCG/retail company will be an advantage
Good Business English and Ukrainian writing skills
