Job Description
To accelerate our team, we are seeking an experienced strong middle QA Engineer with some automation experience for ensuring the high quality of our .NET core based micro-services (Entity Framework, Dapper, Postgres & Docker + other modern frameworks & technologies) and Angular Applications. You will be responsible for maintaining, expanding and managing of the automation test coverage within a scrum-team in Lviv as well as partners in Switzerland. You are open and interested in working for product companies and not in a typical outsourcing setup and are open to work with clients and their product management hand in hand.

We need you to be a strong team player who enjoys solving challenges in a team of experienced and skilled developers, designers, DevOps, product owner & CTO who is willing to share his own knowledge and experience and learn together with others.


Requirements
- At least 1+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on Automation
- Solid knowledge and practical experience writing Automation Suites with JavaScript
- Experience in developing automated tests and quality infrastructure
Experience in JavaScript automation (e2e with tools like protractor, mocha, chai, …) is a big plus
- Experience with API testing (i.e. Postman, Swagger, …)
- Ability to understand test automation activities, which test suites should be automated, define scope for test automation, understanding of test Automation Pyramid.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand business domains / processes and map them to technical workflows
- Experience in planning tests, reporting bugs, developing & executing functional and non-functional tests
- Strong in creating specifications based on business input, preparing edge and test cases
- Ability to take an active part and a leading role in planning, and specification, and maintaining quality processes in the project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
