The main approaches and technologies we use:
- REST API (HTTP, WebSockets, JSON, product schema)

Required skills:

- Experience in Software Testing from 2+ years on manual tester position (or combination of manual and automation)
- Intermediate English level (or higher)
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and testing methodologies
- Ability to set own tasks and organize own work efficiently
- Experience in API testing (using Postman, Swagger UI)
- Strong knowledge of JIRA
- Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, self-motivated person
- Excellent logical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Team player, supporting friendly professional team spirit and cooperation between peers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

- As a part of the Test Team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in activities such as:
- Manual functional testing of Insurance Platform including:
new features testing and regression testing
- API-testing (backend) and web-application testing (frontend)
- Review / verification of correctness and completeness for product functional and non-functional requirements
- Test cases creation based on requirements
- Review of test cases prepared by other team members when needed
- Test cases execution
- Bug reports creation (JIRA)
- Communication with developers, QAs, automation testers, business analysts and product owners

Would be a plus

- Experience of work according to Agile methodology (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Understanding of REST services, familiarity with XML and JSON syntax
- Experience in working with databases: MSSQL/Oracle/Cassandra
