Perform requirements analysis, define, manage and resolve requirements gap issues
Work with the stakeholders and developers to determine work estimates and resource requirements to create a detailed project plan
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and forecasts, project resource plans and status reports
Control scope and manage the change control process
Monitor and control project delivery within budget and timelines
Define and manage project risks and dependencies, and resolves risks and issues
Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate, as appropriate, to management and stakeholders
Schedule and lead team meetings, standups, and working sessions
Promote a strong working partnership between business and IT members of the team and ensure excellent communications between team members, stakeholders, and management, at all levels.
Control and track developers time

Requirements:

Experience in IT project management 2+ years
Experience in eCommerce development is a must 2+ years (no coding for PM)
Experience in eCommerce projects is a must (Magento) 2+ years
Strong understanding of systems and the Web development process. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations
SDLC would be a plus
Strong planning and time management skills
Fluent verbal and spoken English
Requirement analysis, BA background would be a plus
Ability to produce and manage project documentation (project plan, SOW, changes, and risk management charts, project progress reports)
Resource management
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
