Senior QA Analyst (Manual)

OpsWorks Co. is looking for a QA Analyst (PST Business Hours) to work alongside top developers to enhance our core technologies and conceive, build, and launch new applications that leverage them. We are looking to hire an experienced QA Analyst to help us keep growing.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

Your Qualifications/Skills:
Extensive experience in quality control preferred
4+ years of experience
Keen attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA and Testrail
Experience in API/Database testing
Ability to create and maintain manual test cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative and innovative thinker
Diligent and meticulous
High regard for safety standards and quality control
Able to sit or stand for long hours at a time
ABILITY TO WORK IN PST TIME ZONE (4 PM - 12 AM by Kyiv).

You will be responsible for:
Design and implement testing plans for products
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
