Senior JavaScript Developer Offline

Your responsibilities and main duties:

● Improve, debug and extend our current infrastructure of microservices based on Node.js and React (next.js)

● Be part of a motivated, dynamic and knowledgeable team

● Write efficient, well-documented code while keeping security and scalability in mind

● Enjoy staying on top of the latest technology trends in this field

Your education, experience, skills :

● 5+ years experience in web development

● Required deep expertise and hands-on experience with:

✔ Javascript (Typescript, latest ECMAScript (2020) versions)

✔ Backend frameworks (SRR, SSG): Next.js, Express

✔ Frontend frameworks: React (Material UI, Redux, JSX, ESLint, ...)

● Knowledge in the following areas is a huge plus:

✔ Mobile web development (cordova and phonegap, responsive UIs)

✔ Node.js (development / deployment / performance analysis / troubleshooting)

✔ HTML (5) and CSS (3) (SASS)

✔ Builds: Webpack (5) (analysis, optimization)

✔ Databases: MongoDB, Redis

✔ Deployment: Github actions, PM2

● You have an open, investigative mind and determination to deliver clean, concise and SOLID code! ● You are curious and like finding the optimal solution to web development problems ● You are knowledgeable about web development, like meta tags, security headers, optimized builds... ● You have a web development portfolio (side project, github, stackoverflow activity)

Personal characteristics, aptitudes:

● A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to data management and caching

● Ability to constantly cooperate and share knowledge with other members of our development team ● Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines ● You speak English fluently
