Project Manager (offline)

THE PROJECT
Brand-new social networking project for high-competitive market. The project is at the release stage.

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing current project state and Collaborating with a development team, stakeholders team to establish process and procedures
• Participating in meetings with a business team, controlling business requirements elicitation, managing customer expectations, providing information about current project progress
• Prioritizing and managing day-to-day development team activities according to a constantly changing project situation and actual business goals
• Facilitating development team issues (interpersonal tensions, technical and organizational blockers, etc.)
• Leading backlog grooming meetings to help businesses understand the readiness of user stories in progress for the development
• Leading sprint planning meetings with a scrum team to help a team to understand backlog user stories and review team decisions on possible solutions
• Managing sprint scope, deliveries
• Ad-Hoc communications with scrum team members (software engineers, quality assurance engineers) to help understand user story details
• Evaluating achieved iteration progress and making decisions on delivery
• Leading / Organizing Demo events to show achieved results to stakeholders
• Leading sprint retrospective meetings to help a development team to grow

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in IT project management at least 2 years
• Good understanding of Agile SDLC philosophy and methodologies, particularly Scrum framework
• Experience in maintaining communication between business and the development team
• Hands-on experience working with task management systems (particularly YouTrack will be a plus)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-sufficiency and self-efficiency
• Good written and spoken English

• Understanding of UX best practices and standards
