Strong Junior UX/UI Designer $500-1000 Offline

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join our young company. We need a person, who will implement design solutions for web and mobile applications.

Required:

- At least B2(upper-intermediate) level of English

- A portfolio that showcases confident, diverse, and thoughtful user experience design;

- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design;

- Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles;

- Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc.;

- Determination to do what’s best for the user, product and brand, even if that conflicts with personal preferences;

- Being a true team player;

- High level of responsibility and self-management;

- A desire to mentor junior designers;

- Your own workstation to work on.

Responsibilities:

- Web and mobile UI/UX design;

- Create, redesign & optimize websites;

- Design logos for clients as needed;

- Create prototypes (UX) and UI mockups for applications in Figma;

- Research and analyse new design approaches;

- Directly communicate with clients about the project;

- Showcase your progress on review meetings with clients;

- Mentor and develop junior designers.
