QA / BA / PM (with German) (offline) $1500-2500

Required
— The German language - Intermediate+
— 3+ years of commercial experience as a QA or BA
— Product mindset, ability to understand needs of end users and make sure that product meets it
— Experience in test case design for end-to-end & integration testing
— Experience in testing web applications, API, Backend testing
— Experience in requirements investigation / specification
— Experience in the creation of test cases, test plans
— Good knowledge of test methodologies
— Excellent written and spoken English;
— Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills;

As a plus
— Technical background / experience in how to deal with micro-services architecture
— Practical experience in Project Management OR experience in the role of Team Lead OR people management experience

Responsibilities
— Setting up and maintaining processes to achieve the best quality of the product
— Establishing and owning efficient requirements gathering, validating any new requirement for their effect and impact on the existing functionality the product
— Describing requirements & defining acceptance criteria for functional user stories
— Identifying and clarifying controversial requirements during development process
— Performing internal acceptance testing of implemented functionality
— Identifying and tracking of system defects, performing root cause analysis of the defects and working with the development team to resolve them
— Organising and maintaining product knowledge space
— Communicating with the client providing an outstanding connection between product and development team
