Manual QA Engineer (offline)

Requirements

• experience in testing mobile applications or backend services;
• good understanding of the basics of testing (types of tests, organization of testing for different types of applications, testing process);
• understanding of using of test design techniques;
• experience in writing test documentation (checklist, test case, bug report);
• confident knowledge of client-server architecture;
• knowledge of English for reading documentation.

Will be an advantage

• experience with any REST client: Postman, SoapUI, JMeter or others;
• experience with Fiddler or Charles;
• experience with Git and Gitflow Workflow;
• working experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• analysis of development requirements and participation in their discussions;
• writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.);
• conducting all types of testing at different stages of the development life cycle (mobile and / or API testing);
• teamwork in planning, defining approaches and testing methods that minimize risks in terms of product quality;
• participation in the improvement of QA processes.
