Middle QA Manual (offline)

We need engineer who can:
● Be a part of our product and R&D team, work closely with PM's and developers to ensure bug-free releases
● Work both on the front end (high-traffic e-commerce site, B2C) AND the back office tools (CMS, CRM, etc) that we develop in-house.
○ In the front end, pay attention to the smallest details (design, typography), not just to functionality misbehavior
○ In the back office, be the first line of support to help our teams who use
the back office tools, troubleshoot, guide and perform simple operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow for all teams
● Be responsible for the release process
● Create test cases and plans, perform smoke, acceptance, regression and load tests

Qualifications
● 3+ years of manual testing, including mobile
● Experience with API testing
● Fast learner, independent, efficient
● Able to analyze bugs, and indicate root causes
● Experience with customer-facing products
● Superb communications skills, fluent English

● Experience with basic test automation
● Experience with e-commerce solutions
● Experience working with support teams
● Experience with analytics and BI products
● Knowledgeable in graphic design
