We need engineer who can:
β Be a part of our product and R&D team, work closely with PM's and developers to ensure bug-free releases
β Work both on the front end (high-traffic e-commerce site, B2C) AND the back office tools (CMS, CRM, etc) that we develop in-house.
β In the front end, pay attention to the smallest details (design, typography), not just to functionality misbehavior
β In the back office, be the first line of support to help our teams who use
the back office tools, troubleshoot, guide and perform simple operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow for all teams
β Be responsible for the release process
β Create test cases and plans, perform smoke, acceptance, regression and load tests
Qualifications
β 3+ years of manual testing, including mobile
β Experience with API testing
β Fast learner, independent, efficient
β Able to analyze bugs, and indicate root causes
β Experience with customer-facing products
β Superb communications skills, fluent English
Would be a plus
β Experience with basic test automation
β Experience with e-commerce solutions
β Experience working with support teams
β Experience with analytics and BI products
β Knowledgeable in graphic design
