Unity Tech Lead (offline)

Tech Requirements
● 4+ years of experience in developing Unity applications;
● 1+ years of experience as Tech Lead;
● Best experience with Unity3D (2019+) and C#- you should be an expert;
● Experience in developing frameworks and tools in Unity;
● Experience with Dependency Injection(Zenject etc) and MVC frameworks;
● Understanding of multi-threaded/parallel programming;
● Ability to produce effective software design;
● Organizational talent, conscientiousness, and highest quality awareness;
● The passion of game development;
● Fluent level of English (at least Upper-intermediate).

Responsibilities
● Control and direct the activities of subordinates - conduct a code review, eliminate conflicts and errors;
● Solve complex non-trivial technical issues;
● Analyze the current architecture, improve or replace outdated solutions;
● Analysis of available technologies and technological solutions in the field of Unity3d / C # development and selection of the most promising projects in the field of the Company;
● Constantly improve the quality of development;
● Interact with technical leaders of other departments, find mutually beneficial solutions;
● Participation in employee growth processes in the company;
● Participation in the process of creating and improving software development and project management standards in the company.
