IT Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow, reporting to customers & PMO;
- Coordinating work of all roles involved in a project (developers, testers, product owners, technical leaders);
- Documenting requirements and technical specifications.

Required skills:
- 1+ years of working experience as in IT project management;
- Knowledge of several Agile frameworks, main roles and how basic processes in the software development are built;
- Sprint planning and prioritizing skills;
- Ability to clearly define business values and projects goal;
- Effective processing of customers escalation;
- Effective and efficient resource planning;
- Positive team motivation approach and mindset;
- Critical and system thinking;
- High emotional intelligence level;
- Result orientation and good leadership;
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Would be a plus:
BA or QA background.
