MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/Javascript Offline

Job description :

The ideal candidate will be able to take over and complete development on the online backend Web App/Admin Panel for a partially completed mobile Tutoring App. The current Admin Panel is functional, but more features and functionality need to be added to better manage and collect data from the mobile app. Roughly 30% of the web app has been completed, but points that will need to be addressed include the ability to delete and modify mobile user’s accounts, sorting and searching of data, as well as general tweaks and fixes as development progresses. The previous development team will be available for questions and to assist the hand over.

1. Exceptional coding skills in JavaScript (both frontend and backend)

2. Advanced proficiency in MERN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, ReactJS)

3. Proficiency and hands-on experience with one or more of the following : Backbone / KnockoutJS / EmberJS

4. Proficiency with Data visualization and charting tools/frameworks like HighCharts and D3.JS is a huge plus!

5. Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

6. Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills.

7. Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
