Recruitment Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions: from strategy to the execution
- Presentation of the company to suitable candidates highlighting the great things we do
- Conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their soft skills and find the best culture fit
- Guidance and support of all members of the recruitment process at all stages
- Managing flow of candidates using our ATS and other internal tools, reporting
- Participating in PR events to promote the company, attract top talents

Required skills:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in IT: in product, outsourcing or outstaffing companies
- Solid knowledge of IT market, its players, compensation ranges, and market tendencies
- Experience leading full recruitment life cycle
- Experience working with various ATS
- Experience in market analysis
- Strong communication & negotiating skills
- Business mindset and ownership
- Having a “get things done” attitude
- Strong networking skills
- Initiative, attentive, responsible, organized and flexible
