The Founder
Growth Shop’s founder, Mark Patchett, brings a decade-plus of experience rapidly scaling businesses with globally distributed teams. Most recently he led growth for Nectar Sleep (Resident Home) in the USA, throughout that 2 year period the business grew from $10m RR to $300m (landing the #1 fastest growing consumer brand and 211 largest by revenue in the USA). Prior to that was Trouva.com as Marketing Director taking sales from a handful a day to be the top 5 fastest growing in Europe, before that was CRO for The BBC, The Economist, Channel 4, and prior to that he built ecom strategies for over 250 SMEs.


What you’ll do:
- Hold daily standups/briefings with all teams about progress, blockers, and estimated delivery timelines
- Create tasks in Asana and ensure they contain all the correct details for design, content, QA, and development teams
- Monitor progress of tasks to ensure they follow the required process
- Communicate to the leadership team on the estimated timelines, the progress of projects, tasks, and situations that need addressing
- Be the eyes and ears on process steps that are failing and bring these to teams’ attention


Your experience:
- 3-4 years+ experience managing online projects
- You’re highly self-motivated, operational/process driven
- Ability to handle multiple moving parts within multiple projects at the same time
- You have extensive experience working with Asana, Jira, or something similar
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms - either Woocommerce, Shopify, or Magento
- You’re an A+ communicator
- You can operate with multiple time zones. You’re not a 9-5 type
