Middle Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects;
— professional written and spoken English — at least upper-intermediate;
— experience with preparing project proposals for web and (ideally) mobile projects (duration, effort);
— experience with qualifying client requests, helping clients turn their ideas into a technical specification;
— solid communication skills;
— high level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
— experience with Agile/Scrum process;

— blockchain experience will be a great plus!
