Project Manager for a Digital Product Design Agency (offline) $800-2000

We're a full-remote UI/UX design and web development agency located in Poland. We're looking for a skilled and motivated project manager to join our team of designers & developers to manage projects and communicate directly with clients from US, Canada & Australia. You should be able to juggle multiple priorities at a time, communicate clearly and ensure that the design and dev team deliver quality within proper deadlines.

Must have things :

1. High availability during business days (we do a lot of calls, sync-ups and quick chats to stay productive remotely)
2. From 2 to 5 years of project management experience in IT sector.
3. Strong spoken and written English (upper-intermediate or higher)
4. Strong leadership skills
5. Strong project estimation and planning skills

Nice-to-have stuff :

1. Experience working in Asana
2. Knowledge of UI/UX design practices, processes and approaches
3. Knowledge of web development practices, processes and approaches
4. Experience working with Figma and Adobe XD
5. Experience in capacity management
