Technical Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
Hands-on technical experience (preferably experience as a developer)
4+ years experience as Scrum Master, Agile PM, or Scrum facilitator
Good understanding of the different stages in SDLC
Ability to manage expectations and providing reliable timeframes to stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
Proven record of leading projects to production
Impeccable soft skills and infinite patience
Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes, GCP, and Gitlab would be considered an advantage
Solid communication skills in English — writing and speaking
PSMI or Agile PM certification would be considered an advantage

Responsibilities
Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager for a development team.
Maintain a prioritized backlog in partnership with stakeholders.
Lead and handle teams through the transition from ideation to execution
Assure the engineers are highly motivated and highly engaged.
Promote ownership and pride over the products owned by the site.
Initiate and drive improvements
