Freelance Middle UX/UI Designer (offline)

Requirements skills:
— T-shaped with 2+ years of experience designing (web aplications)
— Understanding of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methodologies
— Experience with creating design systems
— Experience in startups
— Hand-on experience with responsive designs and grid systems is a must
— In-depth knowledge of Figma (Components, Prototyping, Auto-layout, Team libraries).
— Capability quick validation concept with a team and stakeholders
— Strong design portfolio of past work
— Upper-Intermediate English verbal and written is a must
— Team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Will be a big plus:
— Requirements analysis experience
— Mobile design experience
— Design workshops facilitation experience
— Experience work in project discovery phase or pre-sales

Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with technical team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into design
— Create wireframes, site maps, user flows, working prototypes
— Present and provide UI deliveries
— Communication with clients from USA
