Chief Financial Officer, CFO, Head of Finance (offline)

Requirements:
• 5+ years of CFO experience, preferably in startup environment;
• Expert in setting up organizational structure for collaboration within all business units and finance department;
• Expert in IFRS reporting and management accounting;
• Experience of work and management of legal entities in Europe, Ukraine;
• Experience in a product / SaaS company, good understanding of the principles of a product / service-oriented company;
• Understanding management reporting — P&L, Cash Flow, balance;
• Expert in building business models and understanding unit economics;
• Self-motivated person who can work with minimal control in a rapidly changing business environment;
• Specialist with Data-driven thinking and attention to detail;
• A person with strong analytical skills;
• Super motivated, highly effective, result-oriented, positive-minded team player.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain general financial planning and controls of the company;
• Organize, constantly develop and sustain management accounting for strategic decision making of the company;
• Collaborate with business line leaders to help plan financial budgets and forecasts;
• Monitor key financial indicators, be a leader in the company in financial planning to achieve business goals;
• Develop and be a leader of implementation of financial strategy in Rocket;
• Organize the business structure of the company in Europe, Ukraine;
• Develop business models, unit economics and impact on key company metrics.
• Responsible for Cashflow, P&L and Balance Sheet of the company.
