Senior Project Administrator (offline)

What You’ll Be Doing/ your challenges:
● Collaborate with the COO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
● Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
● Assist in completing due diligence process and negotiations on Service Level agreements with clients
● Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
● Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent products and service, and that the environment is inviting and well-stocked
- Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents or unsafe conditions
● Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
● Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
● Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budgets to achieve profitability targets

Important for this position/ useful experience:
● Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within IT industry, perhaps having worked your way up through the ranks to your role as an executive
● Successful in setting strategic goals and realizing them through a set of value adding and project management initiatives
● A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
● Able to formulate and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency, experience conducting performance reviews
● Proven ability to lead IT projects, desirable with banking operational activities or or fintech directions - will be a big advantage
● Ability to bridge the gap between technical and no-technical personnel.
● Knowledgeable in all financial and resource management aspects of department supervision
● Strong managerial, service and support background
● Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong leadership and collaboration skills, international business experience
