Tech Lead Full Stack (Java+React) (offline)

Project Description:
ITI Capital is an investment company that helps investors to execute their investment strategies. Financial technology business with the focus on global brokerage, asset management, fintech investments. The project is to build front-to-end platform to support retail business of the company that includes personal cabinet of investors along with all required integrations including, but not limited by integrations with position keeping system (QORT), CRM, KYC, BPM, Fintuity, Tipranks, etc. The cabinet should provide ability to submit any types of asset transfer instructions directly from web interface, trading functionality should be present. It should allow to view all related positions, status tracking, information on portfolio, account, etc. Clients may have few account types including execution only, advisory, FX, OTC. UI/UX should be convenient, intuitive, user friendly and compatible with mobile/tablets.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, proactive expert who can drive technical architecture of the project and build development Team from scratch. The project is on phase zero at the moment, thus you have luxury to choose any frameworks and approaches you would like. As an architect you are responsible for any technical decision is made. As a Dev Lead you are responsible for performance of the Dev Team, meeting timelines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements review and active participation in backlog refinement
- Design initial architecture of the Project and further technical solutions
- Implementation of requested functionality and unit-tests
- Estimation, planning, distribution, and execution control of development tasks
- Demo to PO or end users
- Participation in team members hiring
- People management activities to build the team
- Team performance management
- Collaboration with stakeholders for different type of activities: 1) technical solution negotiations; 2) PoC presentation; 3) functional and non-functional requirements
- Continuous improvement of understanding of business domain

Mandatory Skills Description:
- Experience in building a project from scratch
- Java, Spring 5+ years
- TypeScript, React and Angular 3+ years
- Team Lead 2+ years
- Database: MS SQL, MySQL
- Strong understanding how to build integrations between applications
- Strong understanding how to build CI/CD from scratch
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, XSD, Json, FIX
- English: intermediate level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical partners
