Senior Project/Program Manager (offline)

- 4+ years of commercial experience in IT industry;
- Experience managing 3+ development teams (up to 50 ppl);
- Deep understanding of Software SDLC/PDLC;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
- Deep understanding of Agile philosophy and experience with related frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) and scaled frameworks (SAFe, Less, Nexus);
- Strong communication skills w/ English level of upper-intermediate or higher.

Your day-to-day activities:
- Coordinates analysis, planning and development of requirements and specifications for scheduled projects;
- Performs project scheduling and planning with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads;
- Reviews and approves schedules developed by SM(s) and Tech Leads;
- Determines and defines clear deliverables with specific acceptance criteria at each phase of the project(s);
- Conducts regular team project reviews to proactively identify and address project risks and challenges;
- Coordinates work between development and QA teams; and oversees related processes;
- Establishes proper communication channels between teams and customers;
- Implements and supports proper project life-cycle and required processes and workflows;
- Monitors project execution (Development and QA);
- Prepares regular project status reports and organizes project status meetings;
- Escalates project related issues to Engineering Manager in time;
- Supervises and evaluates Tech Leads and Scrum Master performance according to established procedure;
- Identifies project specific training needs, identifies participants from the team members, and organizes trainings.
