Senior QA Engineer, beginner Auto QA in Java, Selenium (offline) to $3000

You will:

- Define the scope of testing within your responsibility and according to priorities
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify and clearly document issues and enhancements providing impact analysis
- Communicate the test results to the team
- Give recommendation on release candidates
- Assist developers with issue analysis and bug fixes
- Participate is regression testing (both manual and automated)
- Participate in Scrum teams by interfacing closely with Product Managers, Developer’s and other QA engineers.
- Coordinate with other engineering squads to establish and incorporate best practices across the organization.
- Support Product teams with QA planning

About You

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience in testing multi-tiered applications
- Experience in testing web-delivered applications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debug tools
- MySQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch experience is a plus
- Strong investigation skills
- Stellar communication skills and readiness to contribute into internal documentation
- Ability to approach testing from the end user’s perspective
- A curious mind-set with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Fluent English
