Project Manager (offline)

We are the cross-functional team responsible for the full software development lifecycle, covering requirements management, development, quality assurance, deployments, and support.

YOU ARE
A Project Manager or Project Coordinator with experience managing T&M and/or Fixed Price projects for international clients.

You have:

At least 3-year experience in IT and management
A degree in Computer science or management or similar education
Understanding of Agile methodologies and desire to work in Agile environment
Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles
Good communication skills and desire to work in the environment of open communication both in the development team and with the client
Ability to mentor and coach team members
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Previous IT technical background (nice to have)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Taking ownership and responsibility for success and project delivery within the business constraints
Participating in all aspects of the software life cycle, including but not limited to analysis, components design, development, unit testing, CI/CD, production deployment, support
Planning and managing project roadmap and releases
Organizing and facilitating backlog analysis, estimation, feature decomposition
Agile ceremonies (planning, daily, retro meetings)
Performing team facilitation, mentoring, and coaching
Performing deployments planning
Facilitating troubleshooting after deployments
Status reporting to various stakeholders
Controlling project costs and financial indicators
Cross-functional and distributed teams
Communicating and collaborating with internal and external teams and stakeholders
