Technical project manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Formulate a product backlog based on: estimates, business priorities, human resources
Detailed description of tasks for developers, designers, QA, devops
Keeping the product Roadmap and Release plan up to date
Corporate website support, collection of requirements from the marketing team and implementation of specific tasks for the website with the help of the development team
Documenting key product logic in confluence
Maintain tasks in Jira, customize Jira as administrator
Scrum ceremonies
Motivation, analysis of critical situations in the development team
Reporting

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in project management
At least 1.5 years of experience as a backend developer
Strong knowledge of SDLC
Jira Skills
Knowledge of Scrum methodology
Understanding design trends, evaluating UI solutions
Strong leadership qualities, openness, sociability
Intermediate English
