QA engineer (offline)

Project description:
E-commerce platform for one of the largest building merchants. Our client is taking on the complete redevelopment of the existing legacy platform with the focus on UX and Responsive Web Design, and Microservice Platform. It is aiming to remove vendor locking and fully leverage on the latest Open Source technical stack delivering eCommerce platform of the future.

The focus is on user journey, offer personalisation, search, customer data mining, smart adds and headless CMS allowing Business efficiently manage a day to day trading activities, promotions and sales.

Our goal is to ensure automation level and to process QA documentation for Scrum-based team. Project is overall highly automated in BDD style (Cucumber, Java, Selenium, API\UI), resources to implement automation are available, but you may participate in coding as well.


Technical requirements:
- 2+ year experience in Web and Mobile testing
- Deep understanding of QA processes
- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation
- Experience in testing back end services (REST web-services, APIs)
- Experience in working with Jira / Confluence
- Basic experience with CI/CD (Jenkins / TeamCity / Gitlab CI)
- Agile/Scrum working style experience

Nice to have requirements:
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- Testing experience of E-commerce products
- Payment system testing experience
- Experience in performance/load testing (JMeter, Gatling)
