UX/UI designer (offline)

We are an ITOP1000 company that works on the implementation of a complex of IT projects for large companies in the USA and Europe. We have extensive experience in creating Web applications. In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a customer service manager with experience in the IT services market.

Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives;
Create, use and improve wireframes, prototypes, and user flows;
Close collaborate with cross-functional team and communicate effectively with them;
Present your design solutions and ideas to stakeholders.


Requirements:

2+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
Strategic mindset and system thinking;
You work independently and on your own responsibility;
A portfolio that demonstrates your product thinking;
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, etc.;
UX expertise in translating business requirements and user needs into the end design;
Ability to present your design solutions to various stakeholders;
High-level understanding of front-end development;
At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
Good Time Management skills.
