IT Recruiter (offline) $1000-5000

We are growing, already have a pool of happy developers working on different projects and are currently in need for an experienced and time-efficient recruiter with great English and established workflow, oriented on actually filling the positions in the shortest period possible. We do not expect high number of interviews for pure statistics purpose - our (your) goal is efficient and matching recruiting. We need someone, who pushes to the limits with fit candidates making sure they are completely sold on the great opportunity you are offering them. And trust me, the offers we have are great:

- European, rather relaxed, working atmosphere
- opinion matters - there's always room for suggestions which are taken into account.
