Legal Counsel (offline)

Required Skills:
• Higher education degree at law;
• Proven track record and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Areas of expertise: corporate and civil law, IP law;
• Detail-oriented, Fast learner;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting/reviewing all types of agreements, NDA, and other legal documents;
• Researching and analyzing potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations (Europe);
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;
• Implementing legal compliance;
• Managing relationships with the company vendors, external legal counsels, notaries, local and government authorities; representing the company in communications, negotiations and at the meetings.
