Community manager (offline) $800-1500

Responsibilities:
- Manage DeHive community media channels mainly focusing on Telegram, Twitter, Discord;
- On-going contact with community members;
- Provide relevant answers to all questions in chats;
- Create pinned posts and info updates/alerts;
- Manage and control on-time delivery of the required materials images, post info or other infographic materials for posts and announcements;
- Analyze community behavior and give regular feedback or proposals regarding protocol improvements, etc.

Would be a plus:
- Create and manage community incentivization programs like mem contests, bug bounty;
- Proposing and organizing online activities to broad the community;
- Ability to understand users' needs and keeping track of unexpected issues.

A perfect candidate has:
- a proven records of working on the same or similar positions;
- deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem and has enough technical background on DeFi and blockchains;
- en excellent writing skills in English English is a second or native language;
- a passion to build a decentralized and censorship resistant society through the job he or she is doing;
- a strong organizational and self-management skills;
- a good sense of humor and is an easy-going and relaxed person.
