Technical Sourcer/Junior IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities and Duties
— Partner with a Recruiter to attract industry best talents
— Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools
— Work with our Greenhouse ATS
Qualifications and Skills
— 1+ year of experience of Tech sourcing/IT Recruitment
— Experience with X-ray and Boolean search (other techniques a plus)
— Experience writing meaningful pitches and strong communication skills
— Literate written Ukrainian or Russian
— Advanced written and spoken English
