Requirements:
β€” 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
β€” General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
β€” Good spoken English;
β€” Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;
β€” Excellent communicational skills.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage full-cycle recruiting processes
β€’ Source and attract candidates using databases, social media etc.
β€’ Recruitment database maintenance
β€’ Conduct HR interviews using various selection tools/methods
