technical writer (offline)

a technical writer to create short user guides in Russian (Project work).

Primary requirements:
Knowledge of English is a must, because the source information comes from China in English.
You need to come to the office to physically test the device.
Work experience with technical staff is obligatory (household appliances).
Knowledge of the rules for writing technical documentation is required.
Get started immediately.

Will be a plus:
graphic editors, Word, Excel and Power Point, including Google Docs, at the advanced user level;
experience in working with Chinese manufacturing plants;
experience as a tester.
