Presales consultant (Technical sales engineer)

We are looking for a Technical Sales / Presales Consultant.

Responsibilities

As a technical sales engineer, you will:

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance
• Design custom-made solutions
• Help develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements
• Calculate product specifications and implementation costs
• Persuade clients that our products and services best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to satisfy both client and company interests
• Support the internal delivery team with after-sales assistance
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meet client requirements
• Collaborate with other sales team members and technical experts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (telecommunications preferred)
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
• Experience in effort estimation and preparing technical specifications
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony is highly desirable
• Experience in sales or presales would be an advantage
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
