Lead Technical Writer (offline)

Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in letters and literature
• Experience in technical documentation writing and video guidelines production
• Fluency in technical English
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C #, SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to convey complex, difficult ideas in an easy manner

Responsibilities:
• Work with technical documentation: write and proofread technical documentation for Creatio products in English, translate existing documentation from Russian into English;
• Timely update the existing content of the Creatio Academy;
• Participate in training video production;
• Develop demo content for product’s trials;
• Write and proofread assessment questions on Creatio products for Creatio training programs and videos.
