QA Analyst (offline) $3000-4000

Exness is building FinTech products (both B2B and B2C) for a 70K+ active customers, constantly trying to improve. We're moving fast, data-driven, always learning new things about our customers and finding new ways to make their experience with our products the most satisfying.
Now we are looking for a QA Analyst for Exness Technology. To be successful at this role you should demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

What you will do:

- Manage issues from the Customer Support team;
- Prepare documentation to describe entities, relationships, and processes of the Issue Lifecycle;
- Coordinate the preparation of functional testing scheme;
- Address issues to the Engineering Departments;
- Analyse project documentation to identify impacted services and components causing that issues;
- Study of project documentation in terms of analyzing impacted services and components causing that issues;
- Formulate new functional requirements and update the existing ones;
- Execute engineering Root Cause Analysis’ by following the 8D problem-solving concept;
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests on various initiatives with helping from other QA team members.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- Experience in creating various documentation: Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Reports, Business Process flows, FDDs, etc;
- Fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory and system analysis, the basics of information security;
- Have a good understanding of the system architecture and containerized applications;
- Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum framework;
- Strong business acumen and process knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English language skills at the advanced level and above.
