Project Manager (Middle) (offline)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project manager;
- Proven project planning skills and delivering projects on time;
- Solid soft skills is a must;
- Experience in Demo, Planning, change request and release management;
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written English;
- Written and verbal communication.


As a plus:
- Experience in Business Analysis;
- Strong problem solving and negotiation capabilities;
- Technical background: development / design / QA expertise.


Responsibilities:
- Preliminary analysis of IT projects, estimation of their scope, necessary resources and costs;
- Organizing the process of software development from scratch;
- Ability to recognize project risks and bottlenecks and mitigate their impact;
- Regular communication with main project stakeholders about its progress and possible risks;
- Critical thinking and finding optimal solutions for the project needs.
