Delivery Manager (offline)

#### What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

◆ 5+ years of project management experience;\
◆ IT-background (understanding of web-application development);\
◆ Solid knowledge and understanding of the Scrum\Kanban frameworks;\
◆ Understanding of software development processes and procedures fundamentals;\
â—† Communication and mentoring skills;\
â—† Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills.

#### Responsibilities:

â—† Manage relationships with stakeholders and their expectations;\
â—† Being accountable for ongoing deliveries;\
◆ Control of the development process and work prioritization;\
◆ Implementation and monitoring of metrics on team(s) delivery potential, velocity, and performance;\
â—† Resources and their utilization planning;\
◆ Participation in business requirements gathering as well as preparation and oversight of technical tasks;\
â—† Close communication with the client, holding planning meetings, demos, etc.

Our client is a market-leading, independent pension data, and administration systems consultant. Based in London, Guildford, and Edinburgh. The main business areas are:

— UK’s pension administration software packages;\
— Bespoke pension administration systems build and implementation management;\
— Data risk auditing and data migration;\
— Third-party pension administration outsourcing advice.

#### ➣ About project:

It is a technical solution consisting of multiple products working together and independently covering and addressing various areas of pensions management, servicing, and reporting. Some of the objectives and tasks that this solution will handle will include but are not limited to the processing and analysis of pension data, identity verification, image recognition, big data processing using machine learning, etc.
