Middle Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
-Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (and be able to explain it to clients)
-Proven ability to lead teams 5-10 people in an Agile environment;
-Experience in working with web\mobile software projects;
-Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods;
-Attention to details and a keen appreciation for written and numerical accuracy;
-Experience setting up and managing processes for a project from scratch;
-Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills;
-Ability to analyze, prioritize and structure сlient’s needs;
-Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;

Will be a plus:

-Technical background in web or mobile development
-Practical knowledge about CI/CD
-Basic skills in web design, UI/UX, prototyping
-Facilitating pre-sale activities such as workshop — requirements elicitation etc.;
-Knowledge of latest trends at SW development technologies and tools.
-PMI/PMP certification;
-Intermediate English;
