Requirements:

- Practical experience in the development and implementation of the сompany's development strategy;
- Ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity;
- Understanding of the systemic and process approaches in the management of an IT company, including the basics of financial planning, project management;
- Experience in creating standards, rules, policies, procedures for IT field and in business process optimization;
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting;
- Experience in negotiating at a high level;
- Systematic approach, self-organization, flexibility and adaptability;
- Higher education in business administration or relevant field;
- Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

- Administrative and operational management of the company;
- Development and implementation of a strategy to optimize and automate operational processes (including accounting, finances, legal, office, etc.), systematization of сompany's structure;
- Development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;
- Analysis of financial results and development of proposals for the growth of the company;
- Controlling and analysis of project management (current situation, fulfillment of tasks, compliance with deadlines and budget for project);
- Formation of management reports;
- Formation of analytical reports and strategy on changes in the company's activity based on actual indicators;
- Holding and participation in high-level negotiations;
- Search of new directions for the development of the company.
