Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience in software development in PM role
• Profound experience of leading agile teams;
• Excellent skills in applying agile development principles;
• Deep knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Excellent understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
• Advanced knowledge of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition;
• High motivation to work in a dynamic development environment.
• Advanced skills of effective multitasking;
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong stress resistance
• Advanced communicative and leadership skills
• Good English spoken skills
