Business Analyst-Product Manager (offline)

A successful product company based in Israel, Kiev and Dnipro has an open position of Business Analyst/Product Manager in Kiev.

Required Skills and Experience:
● 3-5 years of Product manager/Business Analyst experience preference to a gaming industry;
● Knowledge in user funnels-registration, retention;
● Expert in UI/UX can create wire frames and PPT;
● Worked with Jira to create user stories;
● Analytic and research skills;
● High level of English speaking ad writing;
● Working with mobile and web products;
● Technical background by degree or work experience
● Understanding Domain Driven Design methodology

Responsibilities:
● Discuss, understand and document project stakeholder business requirements to direct software and business process development
● Write business requirement documents
● Collaborate with the development team to design and present the proposition to the stakeholders/users
● Work with the team during the development phase to ensure business requirements are met and that requirements and specification documents are kept up to date
● Proactively manage changes to requirements to ensure all parties have a full understanding of the required changes and the system/process/project implications
● Work with the development team to test the software and business processes developed to ensure they satisfy the business requirements, and meet the design/specification
● Work with Jira;
● Participate in project planning;
● Technical backlog preparation with developers, management of the issues lifecycle, taking part in iteration planning and leading the elaboration of tasks.
