    We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Platform Engineer to join the core team of a high-scale, mission-critical platform.

    Responsibilities:

    β€’ Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure.
    β€’ Running and optimizing multi environment infrastructure (development, staging, production) with clear operational processes.

    β€’ Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.

    β€’ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

    β€’ Support microservices built.

    β€’ Implement security best practices.

    β€’ Monitoring, logging, and alerting.

    β€’ Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience.
    β€’ Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers.

    β€’ Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle.

     

    Requirements:

    β€’ 5+ years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience.

    β€’ Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM)

    β€’ Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm

    β€’ Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments

    β€’ Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines

    β€’ Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools

    β€’ Experience working on mission-critical systems (payments, fintech, banking, gaming or similar)

    β€’ Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure

     

    Nice to Have

    β€’ Experience leading complex infrastructure projects (e.g. migration from one cloud provider to another).
    β€’ Experience implementing and designing disaster recovery strategies.
    β€’ Experience and understanding of networking, security, and scaling.
