QA Manager (offline)

Job Description
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience in software testing
Excellent test ideation and design capabilities with a strong foundation in using agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe)
Working knowledge of Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence)
Proactive mindset, with a desire to work with a diverse team as well as a willingness to research & learn independently
Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment
Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to embrace change & new technologies
Proven track-record on Test Lead, QA Lead positions
Client facing participated in presentations, negotiations, workshops.
Hands-on experience in crafting QA strategy, Test Plan and Test Strategy.
Hands-on experience in working with Zephyr or a similar tool.


Job Responsibilities
The role requires full responsibility for the QC / QA and built-in quality.

- This role will own the data management and analysis of the tests – reporting on test results & risks.

- Supervise the QA team and collaborate with developers both internally and on the client-side.

- Provide ideas on how to enhance a project and improve quality.

Department/Project Description
Our client is one of the biggest worldwide companies that produces and distributes tools for the construction industry. We're helping them to update their SAP S/4 platform which covers Renting business model. We have a team of SAP consultants and developers, BAs, and Java developers who are working in tight collaboration with multiple teams on the client-side. After 4 months of development, we have decided to massively invest into test automation.
