Automation QA (JavaScript) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Liaise with our business departments to elaborate required test strategies and test cases

· Write documentation, such as QA strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Checklists

· Develop manual and automation tests on different parts of our web application (backend, APIs, front end interfaces, mobile applications)

· Setup and maintain QA processes, testing environments and infrastructure in close collaboration with DevOps engineer

· Select relevant tools and technologies in the process of maintenance and further application enhancements

· Design and code an automation framework for an end-to-end backend testing, frontend testing, functional and non-functional testing, system testing, load and performance testing

· Technologies: Java, JavaScript, Postman, SOAP/REST services, TestRail, Docker, Cloud environments: AWS, Google Cloud, Jira, Confluence, any other tool to execute automation testing process and standards

YOUR PROFILE

· 3+ years of commercial experience as

QA Engineer in technology company

· Understanding software development lifecycle, Agile methodology, Scrum

· Good knowledge of functional and non-functional testing techniques, different types of testing such as regression, load, performance testing, etc.

· Experience in quality assurance with e-commerce solutions, APIs and mobile applications

· Working experience in creation/support of test documentation (test cases, test suites, check-lists, bug reports)

· A curious and flexible personality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in English

As a plus
