Technical Project Manager (offline)

Required skills
— At least 5-years experience in Project Management;
— Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer / tech discipline;
— A proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
— Ability to deliver high quality results in timely manner in high-paced environment
— Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, experience working with different methodologies — SCRUM & LESS;
— Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills;
— Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment;
— Ability to drive and motivate a project team
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

Will be a plus
— PMP, Scrum certifications;
— Experience in medication devices design control process;
— Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams.
— Experience working in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
— Customer communication. Ensuring client satisfaction level;
— Leadership – Delivery managers supervise driver team members and exhibit excellent leadership and management skills
— Customer Service. Address customer complaints and problems, which requires good customer service skills
— Contribute as a Scrum Master.
— Control scope, time, budget and resources management.
— Analyzing and managing project risks
— Monitoring project execution.
— Managing reports and necessary documentation.
— Be a part of PMO. Work on company processes improvements.
